Have you thought about getting baptized or what it means. For someone to be baptized simply means someone is showing the world that they have decided to be a follower of Jesus.
Being baptized (immersed) in water allows you to identify with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. It’s an outward expression of an inward commitment to a personal relationship with Christ.
